What we do

We aim to provide the quality of care and support that we would wish for our own families to receive and our clients can feel confident that we will always have their best interests at heart.

How we do it

Our staff are carefully selected for their honest, friendly and compassionate natures. They are well organised, well trained and very reliable (please click here for more information about our staff).

Prior to the provision of support, we will work with you and others involved in your care to devise a detailed support plan.

We also have extensive experience of working with the local health authority and national health services including GPs, occupational therapists and local hospitals.

What our clients say

We are very grateful to regularly receive cards and letters from our clients and their families. This is what they have to say about us.

“I can’t tell you how much we valued the contribution Loving Care made to maintaining mum’s independence for so long – it just wouldn’t have been possible without you.”

“Of all the agencies that I have had the pleasure to work with, Loving Care is a mile above all others. You are both so professional, caring and always have the clients’ wellbeing at the forefront.”
Client's Care Manager, Woldingham
“It takes a special type of person to deal with and help care for someone who is terminally ill and Rachel is gifted to do this. I would also like to mention Denise, who cared for Mum in the last few months, this care preserved her dignity and for that I am grateful.”
Client's family member, Tatsfield
“I would like to thank you for the excellent care you gave to my wife. It certainly helped her to cope with what was a very nasty disease. I would always recommend you to anyone who asks.”
